• Contact : Contact me on info@otmbikes.com to discuss your project.
• Design : Based on the fit form and the desired bike carateristics, I provide a custom geometry.
• Confirmation : We finalize the frame's last details and proceed with a deposit of 50%.
• Building : 5 weeks, during which you'll receive updates and pictures. (updated: Nov 2009)
• Assembly : If you want a complete bike, it's possible, add a week more.
• Delivery : After payment of remaining 50%, order is shipped.
• Warranty : 10 years on the frames. Satisfied or reimbursed during the 1st month of use.
