Cet \u00e9t\u00e9 j'ai test\u00e9 un poste a souder TIG DC chinois pas cher qui liste toutes les caract\u00e9ristiques avanc\u00e9es des postes de marque beaucoup plus cher (amorcage HF, pre\/post gaz, arc stable, faible amp\u00e8re de d\u00e9part, mode puls\u00e9 avanc\u00e9 avec % temps chaud, % courant de base et fr\u00e9quence de pulsation de 0.5 a 500 Hz). Pour un prix total en dessous de 1000\u20ac vous avez le poste DC, la cable de masse, une torche lourde mais utilisable et une p\u00e9dale potable). C'est un poste uniquement DC, pour souder acier, inox et titane mais pas l'alu (pour un poste AC\/DC il faut ajouter 300\/400 eur). La qualit\u00e9 des soudures est bonne, meilleure que je l'imaginais, la fiabilit\u00e9 est diffcile a mesurer pour le moment mais ces postes sont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral garantie 2 ans si ca vous aide a mieux dormir la nuit. Si vous voulez commencer a souder s\u00e9rieusement avec un budget serr\u00e9, c'est une bonne machine. J'en garde une dans l'atelier pour que les futurs stagiaires puissent tester. This summer, I've been testing a cheap chinese DC welder that listed all the nice features of the much more expensive name brand welders (HF start, pre\/post gas, stable arc, low start amps, advanced pulse with % on time, % background amps and pulse frenquency from 0.5 to 500Hz). For a total price tag incl VAT & shipping under 1000\u20ac you have a complete kit to start welding bike frames (DC welder, ground cable, heavy but usable WP26 torch and decent foot pedal). This is a DC only unit, which means you can only weld steel, stainless and titanium, not aluminum (for an AC\/DC verson, you'd need to add 300-400\u20ac). The welding quality is very nice, better than I had anticipated, reliability is difficult to estimate at this point but these welders come with a 2 years warranty to give you a little peace of mind. If you want to start welding properly on a budget, this is a good machine. I'll keep one in the workshop for future students to test.
