Today I fine tuned a new \"no bottle\" setup with a medical oxygen concentrator - natural gas and a Harris 19-6 torch, changing the torch tips between #2 and #3, changing the oxygen flow within 1.5 to 2 L\/min and trying different sizes of rods 1.6, 2.4 and 3.2mm. I could reach a setup I like with the #3 tip, oxygen flow at 1.8-2 L\/min and the 2.4 brass rods. Here is the result after cleaning:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"fr\" src=\"\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/fr.gif\" alt=\"en\" width=\"27\" height=\"21\" \/>Les longues journ\u00e9es froides d'hiver sont propices aux essais. Aujourd'hui j'ai affin\u00e9 les r\u00e9glages d'un poste a braser \"sans bonbonne\" avec concentrateur d'oxyg\u00e8ne m\u00e9dical - gas naturel et torche Harris 19-6. En changeant les embouts de la torche entre les #2 et #3, en variant le d\u00e9bit d'oxyg\u00e8ne entre 1.5 et 2 L\/min et en utilisant des baguettes de laiton de 1.6, 2.4 et 3.2mm. J'ai finalement opt\u00e9 pour l'embout #3, un d\u00e9bit d'oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 1.8-2L\/min et des baguettes en laiton de 2.4mm.
