A simple way to ovalize a tube on it's full length is to gently squash it with a press. I had a go at that last week, I tested with a steel tube before doing a titanium version for a future frame. Conclusion: Titanium springs back a lot more than steel as you can see below :-) Also make sure you plan in advance with a round to oval <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spikevm.com\/calculators\/area-perimeter\/circle-to-oval.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">calculator<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"fr\" src=\"\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/fr.gif\" alt=\"en\" width=\"27\" height=\"21\" \/> J'aime les tubes ronds, mais des fois il est bon de mettre un peu de zest dans un cadre pour un look plus original ou plus aero, en ovalisant un tube sup\u00e9rieur par exemple et en le mariant avec un tube diagonal profil\u00e9. Un moyen simple pour ovaliser un tube sur toute sa longueur c'est de le comprimer avec une presse. J'ai pu tester ca la semaine derni\u00e8re avec un tube acier et un tube titane pour un futur cadre. Conclusion: le titane \"rebondit\" beaucoup plus que l'acier comme vous pouvez le constater ci-dessous.
