I started messing around with some <a href=\"https:\/\/openbuilds.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Openbuilds<\/a> components to do a plasma tube notcher, like those you find on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=uXKCK_h0eXo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a>. But ultimately I would want to drill and mill the cuts, like Co-Motion does (albeit with a proper heavy duty CNC lathe: see video at bottom of the post). The challenge is to do it with a cheaper\/lighter solution that's tailored to thin wall bike tubing in alu, steel, stainless or titanium. It's still work in progress though...<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"fr\" src=\"\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/fr.gif\" alt=\"en\" width=\"27\" height=\"21\" \/> Depuis un certain temps, l'id\u00e9e me trotte dans la t\u00eate de faire de la d\u00e9coupe automatis\u00e9e des tubes principaux sur une CNC faite maison. J'ai jou\u00e9 un peu avec des elements <a href=\"https:\/\/openbuilds.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Openbuilds<\/a> pour faire un d\u00e9coupeur plasma, comme on en trouve des exemples sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=uXKCK_h0eXo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a>. mais au final le but \u00e7a serait de faire une d\u00e9coupe a la fraise, comme le fait Co-Motion (avec un vrai tour CNC: voir vid\u00e9o en bas de billet). Le challenge c'est de le faire avec une solution moins cher et plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re, adapt\u00e9e a la d\u00e9coupe de tube de v\u00e9lo fins en alu, acier, inox ou titane.
