I tried cutting thin wall (1mm\/0.04\") aluminium, steel and titanium and there's no jiter or vibration and the cut is clean. I wrote a small Python code to generate the GCode for the miter cuts on both ends of a round downtube, setting the tube diameters and the angles as parameters and tried a test cut on a 38mm titanium tube. The results are in and it looks good :-)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"fr\" src=\"\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/fr.gif\" alt=\"en\" width=\"27\" height=\"21\" \/> On dirait que ce d\u00e9coupeur de tube de bureau fonctionne finalement. J'ai essay\u00e9 de d\u00e9couper des tubes fins (1mm) en alu, acier et titane et il n'y a pas de soubresauts ou vibrations et la coupe est propre. J'ai \u00e9cris un petit code en Python pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer le GCode des coupes aux 2 extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s d'un tube diagonal rond, en passant en param\u00e8tres les diam\u00e8tres et les angles des tubes.
