It took quite a few pratise tubes but I reached something that works well for me, if anyone finds it useful, here it is: I use ER70S-2 welding wire in 0.035\" or 0.045\", a tungsten of 1\/16\" sharpened to a 2-3mm point, the ceramic cup is size 6, Argon flow set to 11-12 CFH. Amps: 65-80A - Pulse: 1.2-1.4 Hz, 40% peak time, 20% background amp.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"fr\" src=\"\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/fr.gif\" alt=\"en\" width=\"27\" height=\"21\" \/>Aujourd'hui j'ai test\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9glages de pulsation du poste a souder pour minimiser la chaleur, stabiliser le bain de soudure et am\u00e9liorer l\u2019esth\u00e9tique des soudures. Apr\u00e8s maints essais, voil\u00e0 les r\u00e9glages qui fonctionnent le mieux pour moi: fil ER70S-2 en 1mm ou 1.2mm, tungst\u00e8ne de 1.6mm taill\u00e9 avec une pointe de 2-3mm, embout c\u00e9ramique taille 6, d\u00e9bit Argon entre 5 et 6 L\/min.
