The jig is now almost ready, I still need to machine the seat tube and head tube cones and mount the back purging equipment. I'm pretty satisfied with the result, the baby weighs a good 60kg + a 20kg rotating stand. I'll be building one more of these for another framebuilder, if anyone else is interested let me know. Pricewise, we're in the 3.000+ eur without shipping...<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"fr\" alt=\"en\" src=\"\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/fr.gif\" width=\"27\" height=\"21\" \/>Ca faisait un bail que je voulais me faire mon propre gabarit, solide, rigide et suffisamment large pour y faire tenir des cadres avec tube de selle int\u00e9gr\u00e9, fourche a gros d\u00e9battement ou tandem. C'est bient\u00f4t chose faite, il faut encore que je fasse les c\u00f4nes du tube de selle et de la direction et que je monte le circuit de purge. Le r\u00e9sultat me pla\u00eet bien, le b\u00e9b\u00e9 p\u00e8se bien 60kg + son pied rotatif 20kg. J'en ferais un 2ieme pour un autre cadreur, si quelqu'un est int\u00e9ress\u00e9, faites-moi signe.
