\"en\"I finished the gravel steel frame with the Shimano Flat Mount and built it up into a test bike. I used a Shimano mechanical brake and a SRAM Rival 1x11 groupset and routed both the rear derailleur cable and the disc brake cable along the downtube. This gives a clean external cable routing with no cable stops brazed on any of the main tubes. The Flat Mount fits nicely between the chainstay and seatstay and you can use any classic dropout. On a road, gravel or touring frame it works great.<\/p>\n

\"en\"J'ai fini le cadre acier gravel avec la fixation Shimano Flat Mount et fait un montage test. J'ai utilis\u00e9 un frein m\u00e9canique Shimano et un groupe SRAM Rival 1x11 pour pouvoir faire passer les c\u00e2bles de d\u00e9railleur et de frein le long du tube diagonal. \u00c7a donne un passage externe des c\u00e2bles propre sans braser d'arret de gaine sur les tubes principaux. Le standard Flat Mount passe bien entre la base et la hauban et permet l'utilisation de pattes classiques. Sur un cadre route, gravel ou rando ca fonctionne tr\u00e8s bien.<\/p>\n
