Pierre: 2nd half
Pierre's front triangle and chainstays are fully brazed and the ST/TT fillet is filed down smooth to put the custom seatstays in place.
Le triangle avant et les bases de Pierre sont complètement brasés et le joint tube sup / tube selle est lissé pour recevoir les haubans fait maison.
Pierre’s fillet class
This week Pierre is here to build himself a steel touring frame and fork. He chose the flame to tame the steel tubes and keep them together with a brass fillet. The fork will be silver brazed with a lugged crown and dropouts.
Pierre m'a rejoint cette semaine pour se construire un cadre acier de rando avec fourche. Il a choisi la flamme pour dompter les tubes et le fillet de laiton pour les maintenir ensemble. La fourche sera brasée a l'argent avec des raccords.
New year, same old…
Nicolas' bike is getting there. The cold winter days were spent building custom wheelsets with the new Hope Pro 4 and RS4 hubs.
